In conjunction with our Corporate Privacy & Security Policy, we do not and will not sell, rent, loan, or make available to any client or any other third party the names, addresses, or data received from our clients. Data received by the Data Services Department is held on a location to which only they have access. It is our standard operating procedure to keep a client’s data on that server for a period of six months after Data Services has completed their work on the client’s data. After six months the data is deleted.

Data Conversion Excessive Programming
Excessive Programing is defined as additional programming intervention requiring more than one hour of added programming time to extract the data beyond basic personal information or when additional programming is required to extract data from a separate data set and/ or more than one separate program. A Data Conversion Preview would be required and a Data Conversion Analyst will contact you regarding if we can convert the data and an estimated cost of completion.
Custom Data Manipulation
Over the course of time, data may become inaccurate due to invalid entries, deletions, changes, and even staff turnover. Many organizations find the need to rectify this, which can be a long and trying manual process. The Data Services Team can assist you with these requests, freeing up your own time for other ministry needs.
Data Services is able to merge databases together from different ACS systems into one to create a network environment for your office. The process takes teamwork between the Data Services Team and the people in your organization. Typically, work has to be done in the system after the files are returned to you.
